Task 3: Oral History & Current Events

Interview an older family member, neighbor or other adult acquaintance about three subjects:

1. An historical event or issue that we have studied this year.  For example, you might ask a grandparent about their recollection of John F. Kennedy's presidency or the Nixon Watergate scandal.  Or you might ask your parents about their reaction to the 9/11 attacks and the invasion of Afghanistan.
   
2. One research topic from Task 2.  Share what you have learned in your research and ask them their thoughts and opinions on the subject.
3. A second research topic from Task 2.

Type up your findings in a three-paragraph report (one paragraph for each topic) and electronically submit it to me using the "Contact Me" button at the top of this page.
